About the Team: The Nomad Sales Team is at the forefront of our customer interactions, introducing property owners to our unique platform. About the Role: We’re seeking an Associate Investment Property Advisor (AIPA) passionate about residential real estate and ready to support property owners through the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop a career in real estate sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: Build trusting relationships with property owners interested in Nomad.
Manage the inbound sales process, from initial contact through signed agreements. Will work with a variety of different owners depending on company needs. Understand property owner needs and communicate Nomad’s value proposition effectively.
Qualify leads, provide timely responses, and maintain high engagement levels. Support team initiatives to improve the sales process and customer experience. Provide feedback to internal teams, including Product and Marketing, to enhance customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the downstream Onboarding team. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets. Who You Are: 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily. Comfortable using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Positive, solution-oriented mindset and team-oriented attitude. Passionate about real estate and eager to learn and grow in the industry. Adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement. Willing to work occasional weekends as needed. Location: This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado.
Our office is in Uptown, surrounded by tech companies, coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. Team members work in-office three days a week, with flexibility to work remotely the other two days. Our Values:
