Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Operations role located in Hyderabad.

The role involves managing sales initiatives, fostering customer relationships, overseeing operational processes, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Key responsibilities include identifying and converting potential leads, maintaining high customer service standards, training team members, and collaborating on strategies to meet business goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional support.

Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to drive revenue and achieve targets. Experience in Training and mentorship to build and enhance team capabilities. Organizational and time-management skills to oversee daily operations efficiently.

Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in dynamic work environments. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Prior experience in office or coworking space management is a plus.

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Experience: 3-5 years Role: Overseeing daily operations, vendor management, facility maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
