Sales and Operations Intern – Vyra (Field Role) Location: Gurgaon (travel required) Type: Full-time | 2–4 months (extendable) Stipend: Up to 15K fixed plus incentives Future Path: High performers to be offered a full-time role About Vyra Vyra is building a new-age functional beverage brand — rooted in Indian herbs, modern lifestyle rituals, and bold storytelling. And we’re looking for someone who wants to build with us , not just intern. Who We’re Looking For We’re not hiring an intern. We’re hiring someone who is comfortable walking into a store, starting a conversation, handling rejection, smiling again, and trying the next one.
If you: Are comfortable talking to strangers Don’t get intimidated by store owners Can handle “no” without losing momentum Have strong communication in Hindi & English Stay patient and composed Can stay organized while juggling conversations, samples, logistics, inventory and follow-ups You’ll fit right in. Prior experience is not mandatory — but anything that shows you can deal with people and pressure confidently is a big plus. What You’ll Actually Do This is a field-heavy pilot market role.
You will work across: Retail store onboarding (modern trade & general trade) Café / gym / co-working partnerships Corporate outreach Distributor conversations Sampling activations Q-commerce coordination Sales data tracking & reporting Inventory coordination Supporting founder-led sales meetings when required Co-ordinating with other potential sale avenues You won’t always be sitting behind a desk. You’ll be out building distribution. What Matters to Us We don’t care about fancy CV lines.
