Sales and CRM Optimization Manager

Lead the transformation of FirstOntario's CRM platform as a Senior Manager. This hybrid role in Stoney Creek focuses on enhancing member relationship management through strategic workflows and automation. As the Senior Manager in Sales and MRM Optimization, you will shape and oversee FirstOntario’s CRM/MRM platform.

This position is vital for driving Retail, Business, and Wealth initiatives by optimizing member engagement and support processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement MRM-specific workflows, ensuring an elevated member experience across all touchpoints.
