What You’ll Be Doing You won’t just “sell trips” — you’ll become the go-to travel person for your customers. Become an expert in curated backpacking trips, treks & offbeat experiences across India Act as a travel consultant + storyteller (not a pushy salesperson) Help people choose trips that actually match their vibe Convert inbound leads (no boring cold calling grind) Build long-term relationships with repeat travelers (our core community) Solve on-ground/customer issues by coordinating with ops & vendor teams Play a key role in scaling TrekPanda’s revenue and community Who You Are We’re not looking for “employees” — we’re looking for hungry operators .
