We seek inspiration from timeless beauty and transform it to meet the needs of the modern woman Designation: Sales Analyst Location: Ahmedabad-Gujarat Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: The Sales Analyst will be responsible for Driving data-backed decisions by analysing sales trends, forecasting demand, and identifying growth opportunities to boost product performance and revenue in the cosmetic segment. Job responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: 1.Team Supervision and Management: Lead and supervise the Sales Admin team, ensuring optimal performance across all functions, GT Mass, M-Assist, Provide guidance, training, and support to the team, promoting a culture of collaboration, productivity, and accountability.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering feedback and addressing any performance issues to ensure the achievement of departmental objectives. 2. Sales and Operational Support: Manage day-to-day sales administration tasks, including handling customer orders, processing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth order-to-delivery processes. Support the sales team in operational activities such as tracking sales, resolving issues, and providing necessary data for decision-making. 3.

Demand Planning: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, trends, and market insights. Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure that demand planning aligns with production and inventory management, optimizing stock levels and meeting customer demands. 4. Sales Target Setting and Performance Monitoring: Oversee the setting of sales targets for different regions or product categories, ensuring that they align with overall business objectives.

Continuously monitor sales performance against targets, identify gaps, and work with the sales and operations teams to implement corrective actions as necessary. 5. Analysis and Reporting: Conduct analysis on sales trends, operational performance, and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, operational issues, and demand forecasts to senior management.

Support the management team in identifying key performance metrics (KPIs) and ensuring they are met. 6. Support for Administrative Trends and Insights: Analyze administrative data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in sales and operational processes. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales strategies and operational workflows. 7.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align sales goals with overall company objectives. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales operations. 8. Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of sales orders, transactions, and customer records.
