THE ROLE: They are hiring a Ruby Developer to take ownership of building and shaping features using agentic coding workflows, applying strong Ruby fundamentals while leveraging AI tools for speed and quality. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining product features using Ruby (Rails) Working day-to-day with AI coding agents (e.g. Codex, Claude) Collaborating closely with a small engineering team Contributing to a rapidly scaling platform in a growing marketplace business YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: You will bring strong capability in: Ruby development Ruby on Rails fundamentals and backend development Writing, reviewing and improving production-quality code THE BENEFITS: You will receive a salary of £75,000 , depending on experience, along with the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, VC-backed startup that is already a market leader.
