This role is designed for a top-tier roofing sales professional who wants more than just another job. Youll have the ability to sell both insurance and retail projects, pursue high-ticket opportunities, build your own team, and earn additional commission on your teams production. Responsibilities: Sell residential and commercial roofing projects (insurance and retail) Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team Pursue large-scale and multifamily opportunities Work company-provided leads along with self-generated business Collaborate with production to ensure projects are sold and executed at a high level Qualifications (If you dont meet these, this role isnt for you): High integrity non-negotiable Proven track record in roofing sales Xactimate experience Experience building or managing a sales team Strong closing skills with high-ticket projects Competitive, self-driven, and financially motivated Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Why Join Lifetime Roofing?
