Position: Roofing Consultant (Sales) You’ll help homeowners and business owners make smart decisions about protecting their properties with the best roofing systems on the market. Compensation: $80,000+ at plan earnings Responsibilities: Generate new business through door-to-door outreach and networking with realtors, insurance agents, and other local professionals Top performers receive pre-set appointments to supplement their self-generated leads Follow up with leads and referrals to close high-quality roofing projects Conduct thorough roof inspections and deliver clear, professional proposals tailored to client needs Educate homeowners and business owners on roofing systems, materials, upgrades, warranties, and insurance processes Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing consistent communication and support throughout the project Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve personal and company sales goals Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service Qualifications: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Confident interacting with people face-to-face, including door-to-door outreach High school diploma or equivalent (required) Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus, but not required.
