COMPENSATION

Joining Stipend: ₹10,000/month (during 4–6 week onboarding)

Full-Time Salary: ₹3.6L – ₹4.5L per annum (from first client delivery)

Performance Incentive: Uncapped — linked to advisory outcomes

Week 1–2 (Onboarding · ₹10,000/month stipend):

Market knowledge bootcamp — Hyderabad micro-markets, builder intelligence, RELAI's data platform, financial literacy, legal basics.

Week 3–6 (Certification):

10 shadow calls with certified Experts. Mock advisory sessions. Objection handling roleplay. Internal market assessment. Supervised client calls.

Month 2 onward (Full-time):

Full salary ₹3.6–4.5L kicks in from first client delivery. Performance incentive from first closure. You are now a certified RELAI Expert.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Conduct 30–60 minute advisory sessions with qualified homebuyers

• Understand client requirements: budget, timeline, end-use vs investment, risk appetite

• Recommend 2–3 shortlisted projects backed by RELAI's data — never by commission incentive

• Handle objections using data, not opinion

• Accompany clients on site visits to shortlisted projects

• Update CRM after every session with full notes and next steps

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• MBA or BBA fresher — 2024 or 2025 passout

• Strong communication skills — English + Telugu or Hindi

• Structured thinking and active listening

• Integrity — comfortable saying "I don't know, I will find out"

• Discipline — CRM updated, calls prepped, commitments honored

• Internship experience in sales, consulting, BFSI, or advisory is a plus

• Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate immediately
