We are building a brand customers come back to, again and again. Retention is not a support function. It is a core growth driver. The Role We’re looking for a Retention Manager to own execution across CRM and lifecycle marketing. This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role focused on driving repeat revenue and customer lifetime value. You will manage and execute across email, SMS, and lifecycle — building systems that bring customers back consistently.

This is not just about sending campaigns. This is about building a retention engine that compounds over time . What You’ll Be Doing Retention Execution Own and manage all CRM channels (email, SMS, lifecycle) Execute weekly campaigns, launches, and promotional calendars Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard Lifecycle & Flows Build and optimise high-performing flows, including: – Welcome series – Abandoned cart and checkout – Post-purchase journeys – Win-back and reactivation Continuously improve flows based on performance data Copy & Creative Write high-converting copy for campaigns and flows Test hooks, angles, and offers Maintain a consistent, premium brand voice Performance & Optimisation Track and improve key metrics: – Revenue per recipient – Repeat purchase rate – Customer lifetime value Use data to continuously test, iterate, and scale what works Collaboration Work closely with: CRM Strategy Lead → direction and priorities Design team → creative execution Performance team → alignment with paid activity Act as the execution partner to the CRM Strategy Lead What We’re Looking For 2–5+ years experience in CRM / retention marketing Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion Hands-on experience with Klaviyo Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability Experience with segmentation, testing, and optimisation High ownership and ability to execute independently Strong understanding of customer behaviour and lifecycle marketing Affinity with fitness, wellness, or gym culture Fluent in English Ideal Candidate You think in terms of revenue, not just sends You understand how to turn first-time buyers into repeat customers You are both creative and analytical You move quickly, test often, and improve constantly You take ownership and deliver without needing oversight What Success Looks Like Retention becomes a key revenue driver Flows and campaigns consistently perform and improve Repeat purchase rate increases over time Customers stay engaged with the brand CRM becomes a predictable, scalable growth channel Why Join THRIVIN Own a critical growth channel end-to-end Be part of a fast-growing global brand Work in a high-performance, results-driven team High ownership, fast execution, real impact Location United Kingdom (Remote) To Apply Please include: Examples of campaigns or flows you’ve executed Results you’ve driven (revenue, retention, LTV) Tools you’ve used (Klaviyo, etc.) A short note on how you approach retention as a growth channel
