Position Restorative Director Key Responsibilities As the backbone of the restorative nursing department, you will oversee all aspects of the department, evaluate resident nursing programs, perform resident assessments, participate in admission and discharge planning, contribute to resident care plans, and complete portions of MDS and other documentation.

Qualifications • Unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license and CPR certification. A minimum of one year of RN or LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred. We are willing to invest in the right candidate.
