The Role Working closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the Service Manager plays a hands-on leadership role in daily dining room operations, service execution, and team support.

This position helps maintain service standards, support staff development, and ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience. What Youโ€™ll Do Support daily dining room operations and lead service from the floor Help manage the floor during service, including touching tables, running food, supporting staff, and overseeing the door Execute opening and closing responsibilities, including pre-shifts, daily recaps, and end-of-day procedures Assist in training, coaching, and supporting front-of-house staff Monitor reservations and manage guest flow using OpenTable Maintain clear and consistent communication with staff, leadership, and guests Participate in management meetings and contribute to team alignment Uphold service standards, hospitality expectations, and overall dining room organization Who You Are An emerging hospitality leader with 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant Guest-focused, composed, and confident on the floor Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards Comfortable supporting a team while remaining hands-on during service Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Experienced with restaurant systems such as OpenTable and Aloha Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Why This Role Work in a warm, high-energy dining room focused on genuine hospitality and guest experience Be part of a restaurant that values teamwork, consistency, and growth Opportunity to grow within Boka Restaurant Group, a company known for developing and promoting talent Benefits & Perks: Health, Dental, and Voluntary Benefits Package (available after 90 days), employer-sponsored mental health and resource program, 401(k) program, life insurance, wellness benefits, paid parental leave, paid vacation, career mentorship and growth potential, and dining incentives across our 20+ establishments!
