Restaurant Manager

Arden is looking for an experienced and hands-on Manager to lead operations with the ownership. We are a medium to high-volume, design-driven restaurant in the heart of West Hollywood with strong brunch, dinner, cocktail, and event potential. Ownership is actively repositioning the business with a focus on operational structure, guest experience, profitability, and long-term expansion opportunities tied to major upcoming Los Angeles events including FIFA World Cup 2026 and the 2028 Olympics.

Arden benefits from a strong core team, with several servers and staff members having been with the restaurant for the past 3 years, providing operational continuity, guest familiarity, and a solid foundation to build from. We are looking for a true floor leader, someone operationally strong, detail-oriented, revenue-focused, and capable of building accountability and consistency within the team. Responsibilities Oversee all daily FOH restaurant operations Lead, train, supervise, and motivate staff Drive guest experience and hospitality standards Increase sales through service structure, upselling, and floor presence Manage labor and scheduling Maintain service consistency and operational discipline Work closely with ownership on strategy, reporting, and business development Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls Help develop events, activations, and promotional nights Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager Strong leadership and floor management skills Experience in high-volume and upscale dining environments Strong understanding of labor and cost control Experience with Toast POS, OpenTable, and 7shifts preferred Wine and cocktail knowledge strongly preferred Ability to lead by example and hold teams accountable Professional, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented Compensation Salary: $75,000 + performance bonus Growth opportunity within ownership expansion plans Long-term opportunity for the right candidate We are looking for someone who wants to help build, improve, and grow a restaurant, not simply maintain operations.
