15865BR FTE: 0.6 Shift: Night Shift (630PM-7AM ) Compensation: $35.18/hour, based upon experience Hours Per Week: 24 Weekends: Yes Benefit Eligible Shift: Night Shift (630PM-7AM) The Lead Respiratory Therapist will provide staff with a clinical/managerial resource and serve as a mentor. They will assist management with assigned tasks and assist with the daily functions/duties of the Respiratory Department as well as assisting with pulmonary procedures and the daily functions of the bronch team. Education: Graduate of an approved associate degree program in Respiratory Care License/Certification: RCP State of Wisconsin licensure Registered Respiratory Therapy credential CPR certification Experience: 2 years of direct patient care experience in a large critical care facility NICU knowledge and experience Other: Excellent Communication and organizational skills Advanced computer skills EEO/M/F/D/V
