Job Title: Replenishment Analyst Location: North York, ON M3C 4H9 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tenure: 1-Month Fulltime Contract (40 hours/week) (Possibility of extension) Pay Rate: $28/hr Job Description – Replenishment Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Replenishment Analys t to join our team on a 1-month contract. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in inventory planning, vendor coordination, and data analysis within a retail or distribution environment. This role is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and requires someone who can quickly adapt, prioritize, and deliver accurate results Key Responsibilities Analyze inventory levels, replenishment needs, and product demand to maintain optimal stock availability.

Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Collaborate with vendors to resolve order discrepancies, confirm lead times, and ensure timely deliveries. Monitor inventory trends and provide recommendations to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Prepare regular reports using Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts) to support business decisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, merchandising, and operations. Maintain accurate data within internal replenishment systems.

Support ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines. Required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in replenishment, inventory planning, or supply chain (retail or distribution preferred).

Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis (Excel test required). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Proven experience communicating with and managing vendor relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, passion for the work, and strong team-player mentality. Additional Notes Candidates must complete an Excel skills assessment using RateMyExcel as part of the hiring process (instructions will be provided). This role requires 4 days/week onsite at the North York office.
