We work with businesses, property owners, and multi-site operators to deliver revenue-generating and cost-saving energy systems.Alongside direct sales, we are building a strong inbound pipeline through high-intent SEO and developed landing pages—meaning you’ll benefit from both self-generated opportunities and warm inbound leads.The OpportunityWe are looking for a driven, commercially-minded Sales Consultant to join on a commission-only basis.This role is ideal for someone who:Wants high earning potential without salary capsIs confident closing £10k–£100k+ dealsCan operate independently and manage their own pipelineUnderstands (or is willing to learn) energy infrastructure and consultative sellingWith strong commission rates and a growing inbound lead engine, this is a genuine opportunity to earn £80,000+.Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage commercial clients (property owners, businesses, multi-site operators)- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close- Qualify opportunities and present tailored solutions (EV charging, battery storage, energy optimisation)- Handle inbound enquiries generated via SEO and marketing- Build and maintain your own pipeline alongside company-generated leads- Work closely with the internal team on proposals and project deliveryWhat We Offer- Uncapped commission structure (negotiable based on experience)- Realistic OTE £80,000+- Access to warm inbound leads driven by SEO- High-value deal sizes with strong margins- Flexible, remote working- Opportunity to grow into a senior or team leadership role- Commission Structure- Competitive % of gross profit per deal- Higher rates available for experienced closers- Structure tailored based on experience and performance- Potential for enhanced incentives on self-generated deals- Ideal Candidate- Proven experience in B2B sales (energy, construction, property, or similar preferred)- Strong closing ability and commercial awareness- Self-motivated and comfortable working without a base salary- Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach- Ability to understand technical solutions and ROI-based sellingDesirable (Not Essential)- Experience in EV charging, solar, batteries, or energy markets- Existing network of commercial clients- Familiarity with SEO/inbound lead conversion- Why This Role Stands Out- High-value infrastructure deals (not low-ticket sales)- SEO-driven inbound demand—not purely cold outreach- Commission structure that rewards performance properly- Flexibility and autonomy with real earning potentialHow to ApplySend a short message outlining your experience and why you’d be a good fit.
