Job Description Job Description Remote Inside Sales Representative (Remote) A-Line Staffing is now hiring 2 Remote Inside Sales Representatives to support a medical supplies business (ostomy, urology, PureWick, and related products). This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) , W2 contract role. Position Details Pay: $17.00/hour (W2) Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift (some evenings/weekends/overtime may be needed) Duration: ~52 weeks Drug Test: Required Work Setup: Remote (must have a quiet, private workspace and reliable high-speed internet) What You’ll Do Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and current customers Educate customers on product features/benefits and help ensure the best solution for their needs Document call activity, issues, and resolutions in CRM/call tracking systems Meet performance goals for sales, call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality Follow compliance and quality standards, including HIPAA , insurance protocols, and scripting Partner cross-functionally to resolve inquiries and order-related issues Communicate with customers via phone, email, and web chat as needed Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required 1–2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience) Strong communication and customer service skills (professional and empathetic phone presence) Comfortable using computer systems (word processing, spreadsheets, databases/CRM) Ability to learn/operate call center telecommunications tools (dialers, etc.) Strong attention to detail and follow-up Interested?
