Posted on: 5/4/2026 - Apply before: 7/1/2026 Phoenix, AZ, Wilmington, CA, Magna, UT, United States | req28570 What you will enjoy doing Collaborate with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset issues and reliability threats Analyze data from various sources to recommend and justify life‑cycle cost and reliability improvements Lead Root Cause Analysis for major failures to prevent recurrence Support engineering, design, specification, and execution of projects to maximize reliability and operability Review and update Standard Maintenance and Operating Procedures Conduct and assist with Reliability Assessments of facilities and equipment Apply Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous reliability improvements Support the setup of new facilities and reliability programs Lead key reliability programs and initiatives to enhance asset performance Assist in identifying critical spares and creating Bills of Materials for essential assets This position typically requires approximately 20‑25% travel domestically. Accessibility during off‑hours (laptop and cell phone) is occasionally required. What makes you great Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering Bring a minimum of five years’ experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment Demonstrate hands‑on experience with maintenance and engineering of mechanical equipment including compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Interpret and understand Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings confidently Apply knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies Design, specify, and engineer mechanical systems, assets, and projects effectively Communicate clearly and collaborate well within teams, delivering presentations as needed Work independently and lead or contribute actively to cross‑functional teams Manage multiple tasks efficiently as a self‑starter, achieving results with minimal supervision Utilize computers and standard software packages such as Microsoft Office and email proficiently What we offer you!
