Job Description: Relationship Manager Wealth Management (Fresher) Location: Kolkata (On-site) Department: Wealth Management Reporting To: Vice President Wealth Management Compensation: INR 3- 4 LPA + performance-based incentives Role Overview We are hiring a Relationship Manager (Fresher) for our Kolkata office. This role is ideal for someone with basic knowledge of Mutual Funds , good communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn. You will support the Wealth team in client servicing, documentation, onboarding coordination, and day-to-day operational tasks , while learning core wealth management processes and products.

Key Responsibilities Client Servicing Support Assist in handling client queries via calls/WhatsApp/email and coordinate resolutions Support the team in maintaining regular communication with clients Ensure smooth client experience through timely follow-ups and updates Documentation & Operations Support client onboarding and documentation (KYC, account opening, MF transactions, forms) Check documents for completeness and coordinate with internal teams for processing Maintain client records, trackers, and basic MIS reports (Excel/Sheets/CRM) Team Coordination Work closely with Relationship Managers to support daily client and transaction requirements Assist in preparing client communication drafts, proposals, and basic product notes Coordinate with product/operations teams for closures and service requests Product Learning Build working knowledge of Mutual Funds and basic investment concepts Stay updated on product/process changes shared internally Candidate Requirements (Kolkata Fresher) Graduation in Commerce / Finance / Economics / Business (preferred) Basic understanding of Mutual Funds (types, SIP/lumpsum, NAVbasic level is enough) Comfortable with documentation and operational coordination Good communication skills in English + Bengali (Hindi is a plus) Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred Soft Skills & Attributes Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and takes ownership of tasks Detail-oriented and careful with documents and data Strong client-handling attitude and polite communication Team player with a professional work ethic
