Job Title: Relationship Manager District Development JRL Money Company: JRL Capital Pvt. Ltd. Location: Based in Kolkata. Travel 34 days/week to districts across West Bengal and Eastern India. Reports to: Anirudh Laddha- CEO Compensation: 30,00035,000/month fixed + travel reimbursement + performance incentive (structure to be defined after 90-day pilot) What This Role Is You are not managing existing relationships. You are building a distributor network from scratch in districts and B30 towns finding people who could become mutual fund distributors, training them, getting them certified, and keeping them active. What You'll Do Identify potential IFAs in districts primarily LIC agents, postal workers, bank RMs, and other finance-adjacent professionals Run NISM exam preparation and hand-hold candidates through certification and ARN registration Conduct IAPs (Investor Awareness Programs) and sub-broker meets in district locations Batch-onboard new IFAs onto the JRL Money platform Maintain regular contact with onboarded IFAs weekly visits, motivation, troubleshooting Track activations: first SIP, first client, AUM milestones Who You Are 25 years in field sales, ideally in LIC, insurance, or MF distribution Comfortable travelling to small towns Malda, Midnapore, Kalyani, Krishnanagar, Siliguri belt Can run a training session in a room of 20 people in Hindi/Bengali Understands mutual funds at a functional level (NISM-certified or willing to get certified immediately) What This Is Not A desk job. You will be on the road most of the week. A Kolkata-only role.
The real work happens 100200km outside the city. A solo act. You'll work closely with the founder to build the district playbook together.
