Registered Nurse (Work From Home)

Role Overview We are looking for a patient-centric, tech-savvy Registered Nurse to join our remote clinical team. In this role, you will be assisting patients on how to take their GLP-1 medication injection through online video consults. Your mission is to provide high-quality video consultations, ensuring patients feel confident, safe, and supported as they learn to administer their GLP-1 medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro etc.) on their own.

The platform’s obesity management protocols are designed by Dr. Saptarshi Bhattacharya, Chief Medical Officer and one of India’s leading endocrinologists, with over 20 years of experience and credentials from premier institutions such as AIIMS, MAMC, Max Hospital, and Apollo Hospitals. The broader medical team includes endocrinologists from top institutions like AIIMS, Apollo, and Safdarjung, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, specialist-led care.

Key Responsibilities : Virtual Injection Coaching: Conduct 1-on-1 video consultations to walk patients through the step-by-step process of self-injection. Clinical Education: Explain medication storage, pen priming, site rotation, and sharps disposal. Symptom Management: Provide guidance on managing common side effects (e.g., nausea, GI issues) and escalate clinical concerns to the clinical team when necessary.

Patient Advocacy: Address patient anxiety surrounding needles with empathy and professional reassurance. Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time electronic health records (EHR) for all patient interactions. Qualifications : Qualification: B.Sc in Nursing or Diploma in Staff Nurse or similar background/training Experience: 1-2 years of clinical experience.

Prior experience in endocrinology, weight management, or diabetes education is a major plus. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with technology, navigating telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and troubleshooting basic video/audio issues for patients. Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex medical instructions.

Work Environment and Requirements: In-person training: 1 week of in-person training in our Delhi office Remote, Work from Home role: Must have high-speed internet and a quiet, private space with good lighting to take video calls. Equipment: Company-provided laptop, phone and headset. Schedule: 6-days a week, Full-time.
