Registered Nurse - Manhattan, NY (Onsite) - Contract - Mon-Fri 08:00am-04:00pm - $50.00-$55.00 Per HR Title: Registered Nurse Location: Manhattan, NY (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract - Mon-Fri 08:00am-04:00pm Compensation: Pay Range: $50.00-$55.00 Per HR Description: • This position is for a full-time Registered Nurse in Manhattan, NY, working with adults with chronic medical conditions and vision impairments. • It requires a nursing license and involves working on a contract basis from Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 04:00 pm. • Proficiency in general technology is required. Requirements: • Complete nursing assessments and develop treatment plans. • Monitor medications and maintain medical supplies. • Handle medical emergencies and educate staff on procedures. • Maintain a safe and clean environment. • Provide health counseling and lead education groups. • Act as a liaison with medical directors and physicians. • Participate in performance improvement activities. Qualifications: • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a current license. • 3-5 years of recent experience in Med/Surg, Long Term Care, or Community Health. • Experience in the geriatric field is preferred. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Proficiency in general technology applications. • UAS-NY certification preferred.
