Registered Nurse

Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, rehabilitation support, and recovery assistance to an elderly resident population with diverse medical, post-acute, and long-term care needs. Working within a family-focused, collaborative environment, you will complete thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, therapists, social workers, and nursing assistants—to promote high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols, monitoring and documenting resident status and responses to interventions, and promptly recognizing and reporting changes in condition. You will supervise and support CNAs and other support staff, ensuring safe, ethical, and respectful care that aligns with our commitment to compassionate service and continuous improvement. The RN will educate residents and their families on diagnoses, medications, rehabilitation goals, and self-care strategies, encouraging active participation in care decisions.

You will adhere to all infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards, maintain accurate and timely electronic health records, and contribute to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
