Account Executive, Allied Health at Medix™ Base pay range $36.00/hr - $40.67/hr Responsibilities Leverage the remote patient monitoring (RPM) platform to track patient data and trends, respond to alerts, and engage patients with personalized, real-time interventions. Partner closely with the clinical care team to coordinate and deliver high-quality virtual care, ensuring continuity and adherence to clinical standards. Educate patients on heart failure management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications to support effective self-management.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, clinical notes, and follow-ups in alignment with provider preferences and regulatory requirements. Respond promptly to clinical alerts and patient messages, providing guidance based on established protocols. Routinely review RPM and patient-reported data to identify trends and elevate potential concerns to the care team as appropriate.
