Registered General Nurse – Nights Location: Southport Salary: £23 per hour Hours: 48 hours per week (8pm–8am) Contract: Permanent | Night Shifts | Alternate Weekends About the Role We are currently recruiting an experienced Registered General Nurse to join a well‑established nursing home in Southport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated mental health nurse who is passionate about delivering high‑quality care in a supportive, resident‑focused environment. The role is ideal for someone who has previous care home experience, thrives on night shifts, and is looking for a stable, long‑term position with consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality mental health nursing care to residents. Administer medications and maintain accurate care records. Support residents with complex mental health needs.

Work collaboratively with the wider care and clinical team. Ensure all safeguarding, clinical, and regulatory standards are met. Contribute to a safe and positive environment during night shifts.

Requirements Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin. Previous care home experience is essential. Strong clinical knowledge and a compassionate approach.

Ability to work night shifts, including alternate weekends. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. What’s on Offer £23 per hour.
