Regional Sales Manager (Mactus) Position We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Regional Sales Manager for our Mactus division in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B solution selling, client acquisition, and regional sales management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead our sales initiatives and drive significant business growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the region. Leverage core skills in B2B solution selling to enhance client acquisition rates. Manage and oversee the regional sales team to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts while developing new business opportunities. Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly. Provide detailed reports on regional sales performance and strategic planning outcomes.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all activities. Required Skills: Proven expertise in B2B Solution Selling, Client Acquisition, and Regional Sales Management. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Adept at strategic planning and execution within a competitive market landscape.
