Our client in California is seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will manage sales activities in the Engineering industry, focusing on server power solutions. Job Details Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year. The successful candidate will drive sales, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction within the region.
Duties include: driving growth and expansion, leading and inspiring team members, building a strong client network, managing key accounts in the server power solutions sector, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Qualifications Proven work experience of 5+ years as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role in the Engineering industry. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
Familiarity with CRM software. Understanding of store operations. Ability to lead and inspire a team with creativity and rigor.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with a problem‑solving attitude. Availability to travel as needed.
BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field. Proven track record in sales environment within the server power solutions, high power supply, and OEM sectors. Strong networking skills and the ability to foster long‑term relationships with clients.
Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts. Proven ability to manage key accounts and understand market dynamics. Experience in the Data Centers, Telecommunication, Industrial Manufacturers, and VARs sectors will be highly advantageous.
