Regional Sales Manager Location: Western Canada (Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Manitoba) BioSyent Pharma is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Western Sales Team and drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement across Canada. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to shape regional sales strategy, develop a highâperforming team, and make a measurable impact on the growth of BioSyentâs Community and Womenâs Health business building on an established sales foundation. About the Job Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, executing strategies, and leading a highâperforming pharmaceutical sales team across Western Canada.
This role requires a strong pharmaceutical sales leader with a proven track record in sales force effectiveness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with handsâon leadership to deliver results in a competitive, regulated environment. As a successful candidate you have 7-10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience including recent 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Leader.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national commercial objectives to achieve or exceed sales targets Translate national brand strategies into effective regional execution Lead, coach, and develop a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives Drive performance through clear objectives, KPIs, and regular performance reviews Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Act as a trusted leader and mentor committed to talent development Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, hospital decisionâmakers, and other partners Ensure compliant, valueâbased customer interactions aligned with company and industry guidelines Partner crossâfunctionally with Marketing & Medical Affairs Track sales activities, customer interactions using CRM tools Analyze territory performance data to inform decisionâmaking and optimize resource allocation Optimize regional sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and industry trends, providing actionable insights to leadership Minimum Requirements University degree in a related field (Life Sciences, Business, or similar) 7-10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 3-5 years in a sales leadership experience Proven success leading pharmaceutical sales teams and delivering against targets Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans Strong experience with CRM systems and sales analytics Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Bilingual (English/French) considered a strong asset Experience working in matrixed, crossâfunctional organizations Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% for field/office work How We Hire At BioSyent, we do not use AI to screen applications or select candidates for interviews.
