This is not a turnaround project; these locations are highly profitable with lean, industry-leading operating expenses. As the owner pivots toward aggressive market expansion, you will step in as the primary leader.

You will own the P&L, drive margin optimization through data-driven pricing strategies, and scale the team to ensure the business thrives independently of ownership. Core Responsibilities P&L & Financial Strategy Drive Profitable Growth: Manage financial performance across three established locations with varying revenue profiles. Margin Optimization: Analyze service mix and pricing to expand current margins; build financial analytics to track profitability per category.

Supply Chain Management: Oversee parts procurement to leverage better vendor pricing and minimize waste. Leadership & Talent Development Direct Oversight: Lead and develop four Unit Managers and their respective technical teams. Full Lifecycle HR: Own hiring, performance management, and compensation strategy.

Technical Upskilling: Coach specialized trainers to double the volume of high-margin technical services. Systemization: Implement scalable training programs to turn tribal knowledge into repeatable systems for new hires. Operational Excellence Field Leadership: Conduct weekly on-site coaching to enforce brand standards and operational rhythms.

Sales Conversion: Drive lead-to-sale conversion from 20% toward a 40% target through value-based selling. Expansion Readiness: Prepare operational systems and staff for a new location launch scheduled for late 2026. Success Metrics 30 Days: Establish accountability rhythms with managers and identify quick win operational improvements. 60 Days: Implement new reporting systems and reduce ownership’s operational burden by 50%. 90 Days: Achieve full operational autonomy.

Success is defined by measurable revenue growth, lead conversion lift, and margin expansion through optimized service mixes. Candidate Profile You are a Systems Builder: You don't just solve problems; you build the process that prevents the problem from recurring. You document everything so it can be replicated across 10 units as easily as three.

You are Data-Driven: You can read a P&L in 15 minutes and immediately identify the levers that need to be pulled to increase EBITDA. You connect daily floor actions to monthly financial results. You Crave Ownership: This is a role for a leader who wants to be treated like a partner.

You accept full accountability for results and thrive when given the authority to make real decisions. Required Experience 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience in retail, tech service, or automotive sectors. Proven track record of improving unit-level profitability and scaling teams.

Strong analytical background with the ability to build and interpret financial reports. Experience in franchise operations or high-growth small businesses is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) is a significant advantage given the local customer base.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $75,000 – $80,000. Performance Bonuses: Quarterly incentives based on revenue growth, conversion targets, and margin expansion. Benefits: Health insurance contribution, PTO, and mileage/phone reimbursement.

Growth Path: Clear opportunity for expanded oversight as the portfolio grows in the Central Texas regio
