This role partners with CEOs and senior leadership at each facility in the state to optimize service line performance, expand market presence, and support new service line development.

Unlike other regional roles covering multiple states, this position focuses on a single state, allowing for deeper engagement with local CEOs, referral sources, and community stakeholders. \n\n \n\n Essential Functions: \n\n \n\t * Partner with CEOs and senior leadership in the state to design and implement marketing and business development strategies aligned with organizational goals. \n\t * Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities for current and future hospital service lines within the assigned state. \n\t * Develop and manage state-level business development plans, including service expansion and partnership opportunities.' \n\t * Support financial performance of outpatient and inpatient services, including budgeting, revenue enhancement, and resource optimization. \n\t * Build and maintain key referral relationships and community partnerships to drive patient volume and organizational growth. \n\t * Monitor patient, referral source, and community satisfaction to inform business development strategies. \n\t * Provide guidance, training, and support to the state's business development team, including Clinical Nurse Liaisons, to ensure service excellence. \n\t * Oversee project management of business development initiatives, ensuring timely execution of strategic goals. \n\t * Maintain awareness of industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to inform growth strategies. \n\t * Conduct analyses, including SWOT, referral tracking, and opportunity assessments, to support data-driven decision-making. \n\t * Performs other duties as assigned. \n \n",
