Overview & Responsibilities Purpose of the Job: The role is that of a business partner to the Regional Directors, providing commercial direction and business support in all aspects of Operations. It involves delivering a wide variety of financial and business analyses, including recommendations for improvement, problem identification, and anomaly investigations. The position includes coordinating bi‑weekly outlooks, quarterly forecasts, annual plans, and periodic strategic plans for the Product Line, and may represent the Regional Director at meetings.

Background & Experience Bachelor’s in accounting; a minimum of ten years of professional management experience. Must be familiar with profit and loss concepts, working capital cash impacts, and capital expenditure evaluations. Requires demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams in conflicting priority environments, strong analytical and supervisory skills, and a proven track record of leading impactful process‑improvement initiatives.

Specific Job Responsibilities / Competencies Develop and maintain financial models for the consolidation of Regional biweekly outlooks, quarterly forecasts, and annual financial and strategic plans. Analyze, interpret, and recommend actions regarding operating results versus forecasts, financial plans, and budgets. Identify and instigate intervention during ongoing projects when necessary.

Schedule and coordinate the regional forecasting process and ensure completion of scheduled due dates. Reconcile and report weekly management key measures. Advise management on actual expenses, forecasts, trends, and required actions.

Recommend improvements to the controllership function regarding control lapses and requirements. Analyze fixed‑burden manufacturing expenses for make‑vs‑buy decisions involving external vendors, Sode Guara manufacturing, and internal capital projects. Participate in and drive Leadership Team meetings to focus on action items and trends, leveraging data and personal relationships.

Analyze actual results and report findings. Conduct high‑level confidential projects reporting directly to the Regional Director. Capitalize on Capital Expenditure Administration: coordinate entire Cap Ex function/process.

Prepare and review all Appropriation Request Authorization (ARA) documents. Maintain and review Cap Ex project progress. Conduct ongoing Capital Steering Committee meetings.
