Key Responsibilities Validate refund/reship requests as per SOPs Identify errors and assign correct root cause Maintain high accuracy in case review and tagging Highlight recurring issues and trends Coordinate with internal teams for case clarity Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2+ years of experience in international customer service BPO (Voice/Chat/Email) or back-office operations Good understanding of global customer service processes, SLAs, and quality standards Basic analytical skills and attention to detail Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
