We are looking for a passionate and people-centric Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring efforts and build high-performing teams across the organization.

Role Overview As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, Human Resources, Creative, and Supply Chain. You will work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, attract the right talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This is a work-from-office role based in Mohali , ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead the complete recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to successful onboarding. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify current and future talent needs. Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.

Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes with stakeholders. Manage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth joining experience for selected candidates. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring and critical business roles.

Monitor recruitment timelines and ensure positions are closed within defined turnaround times. Enhance candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the hiring journey. Track and share recruitment reports and hiring updates with leadership.

Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen UrbanGabru's presence in the talent market. Guide and mentor junior recruiters, where applicable, to ensure hiring excellence. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4โ€“6 years of experience in recruitment , preferably in FMCG, D2C, retail, consumer brands, or similar industries.

Proven experience in hiring for non-technical roles across multiple business functions. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work. What we are looking for A people-first mindset with a genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
