Recruiting Manager Bothell, WA Our client, an established manufacturing leader, is seeking a Recruiting Manager to elevate and scale its hiring strategy. Partnering closely with the Head of Human Resources, this role blends leadership with hands-on recruiting and plays a key role in attracting and retaining top talent across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a natural ability to build strong relationships, a leadership-oriented mindset, and the confidence to work independently while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Recruiting Manager Responsibilities: Act as a hands-on contributor by sourcing and screening candidates for high priority roles Oversee and mentor the recruiting function, including direct supervision of one team member, while ensuring a high-quality, end-to-end hiring process Collaborate with HR partners across multiple U.S. locations to align recruiting efforts, share best practices, and maintain consistency across sites Design and implement talent acquisition strategies that support business priorities, workforce planning, and future growth Leverage data and hiring metrics to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide decision-making Lead recruiting initiatives with a marketing approach, including the creation and ongoing optimization of job descriptions. Recruiting Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and professional experience At least 5 years of experience in recruiting across diverse roles and levels, with demonstrated leadership or team guidance experience Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and employment regulations Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in a manufacturing, construction or related environment preferred Company Benefits: 100% employer paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid time off and holidays 401k with matching Compensation: $105k-140k annually DOE
