Role: Real Estate – Sourcing & Closing Manager


Location: Navi Mumbai & KDMC


Purpose of the Role:

To generate leads, manage client interactions, and drive end-to-end property sales closures in the assigned market.


Key Responsibilities:

• Source leads through Channel Partners, brokers, and direct networks

• Handle client queries and conduct site visits

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure

• Maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and clients

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless deal execution

• Track and report daily sales activities and pipeline


Candidate Profile:

• Experience in real estate sales/sourcing preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven with a proactive approach

• Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai real estate market
