Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer with 10+ years of experience in construction quality management, including hands-on exposure to Casting Yards and Batching Plants. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a QA/QC In-Charge and be capable of ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and testing requirements across all construction activities. Roles & Responsibilitie sImplement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures at project sites .Ensure compliance with approved Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and project specifications .Supervise quality activities related to concrete production, batching plants, precast elements, and casting yard operations .Review and approve material inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation .Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, clients, and laboratories for quality inspections and approvals .Monitor concrete quality, mix designs, cube testing, and other material testing activities .Conduct internal quality audits and ensure closure of non-conformities .Maintain quality records, checklists, and documentation as per project requirements .Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues .Ensure adherence to applicable IS codes, project standards, and quality management systems .
