QA / Field Testing Engineer (Robotics)

Hamilton, ON · Canada Full Time Quality team You will test and validate ROZOR robots across real indoor environments, evaluating autonomy, perception, and navigation performance. Your findings drive improvements across the engineering teams. Responsibilities Conduct field tests in hospitals, malls, warehouses, and customer facilities.

Validate navigation, mapping, and obstacle‑avoidance performance. Collect sensor logs, video, telemetry, and failure data. Reproduce, diagnose, and document bugs.

Develop test plans and execute validation procedures. Perform regression testing after software updates. Collaborate with autonomy, software, hardware, and cloud teams.

Support customer site evaluations and demonstrations. What you bring Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 1–3 years robotics / automation testing experience. Familiarity with ROS / ROS 2 tools (rviz, rosbag, rqt).

Sensor knowledge (LiDAR, cameras, IMU). Diagnostic and documentation abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
