Pari, a premium vegetarian dining concept in Ahmedabad, is looking for a sharp and reliable Purchase Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end procurement for kitchen, service, and operations • Source high-quality vendors for fresh produce, dairy, dry goods, and packaging • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ensure cost efficiency • Maintain inventory levels and prevent stock-outs or wastage • Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all supplies • Work closely with kitchen and management teams for planning and forecasting Requirements: • 3–6 years of experience in F&B or restaurant procurement • Strong vendor network (Ahmedabad preferred) • Good negotiation and cost-control skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Why Join Us: • Be part of a fast-growing premium restaurant brand • Competitive salary + growth opportunities
