Property Manager

Are you interested in an exciting role in Property? ✅ Look no further, our client are looking for a Property Manager to join their busy team in the heart of Belfast. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of our clients residential portfolio. You'll be the first point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and that clients receive the very best of service.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential properties Handle maintenance issues, repairs, and contractor coordination Carry out regular property inspections and reporting Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve queries quickly and effectively Oversee tenancy renewals, check-ins/outs, and deposit returns Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings legislation Support smooth move-ins and move-outs, keeping everyone informed throughout �� What We’re Looking For: Experience in property management (1-2 years preferred, but not essential if you’re a fast learner with the right attitude) Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities A proactive approach and ability to work independently Knowledge of Northern Ireland rental legislation (or a willingness to learn) Full driving licence and access to a car If you're interested in the above, contact Michael at GKR International on: 0207 048 3304 or 0131 608 4553
