Overview Regal & Co Management Limited is a specialist block management company with a growing block portfolio across London and the surrounding areas. We are proud members of TPI (The Property Institute) as a firm, and our senior team members hold individual TPI membership — bringing a high standard of professional knowledge and conduct to everything we do. We are looking for an ambitious Block Property Manager with 2 or more years of experience who is ready to contribute to the overall management of our block portfolio and grow into a senior position.

You will be mentored by experienced, TPI-qualified colleagues, supported with your own TPI professional development, and given the tools and autonomy to deliver block management to a high standard. What we offer: • Clear pathway to Senior Block Manager • Full TPI qualification support and CPD funding • Mentorship from individual TPI members • Competitive salary with regular reviews • Friendly, collaborative team culture Responsibilties • Contribute to the overall management of the block portfolio alongside the wider team • Respond promptly to leaseholder enquiries and build professional, long-term client relationships • Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and contractor works to a high standard • Assist in preparing service charge budgets and year-end financial reconciliations • Attend and minute site inspections and residents’ meetings • Attend and hold AGMs • Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety legislation, and building regulations • Support the delivery of major works and Section 20 consultation processes alongside senior staff • Maintain accurate, up-to-date property records and documentation • Contribute to business development by identifying new management opportunities Experience • 2 or more years of experience in residential block or leasehold property management • Working knowledge of service charges, leases, and core leasehold legislation • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional client-facing manner • Eagerness to develop professionally, take on responsibility, and grow with the business • Hold or actively working towards TPI (ATPI/FTPI) qualifications — full support provided • Experience with Blocks Online or similar property management software is advantageous • Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred for site visits • Ability to engage with potential clients and contribute to identifying new management opportunities
