Project/ Site Manager

Protech Site Services are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join the team of a luxury residential developer with site located in Greenwich, London. The current project will involve the division and conversation of a traditional historic building into 7 high‑end units whilst preserving the original façade. Due to the unique nature of this development experience with luxury developments is required.

The developer has a pipeline of further projects and plans to increase their yearly output. Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day running of the site. Managing all activity to ensure the successful implementation of the build program.

Maximising the performance of all site personnel and all outside contractors Ensuring best practices with regard to Health and Safety and Fire prevention Ensuring the implementation, monitoring and compliance of the company’s Quality Control procedures Maintaining accurate reporting and internal and external communication Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager on luxury residential projects Experience with high end residential conversions of historic buildings beneficial Ability to manage multiple trades confidently SMSTS qualified Salary: £65K If interested, please contact Chris on 0208 191 9100 or at chris@protechltd.co.uk #J-18808-Ljbffr
