About Zepcruit Zepcruit is an early-stage, revenue-generating AI-powered hiring intelligence platform built to replace gut-based hiring decisions โ using AI-proctored interviews and psychometric profiling to generate a verdict on every candidate before a human gets involved. We work with mid-to-large enterprises across sectors. The Role We're looking for a Project Manager who can own delivery end-to-end โ from sprint planning to stakeholder updates โ without needing hand-holding.
You'll work directly with our founding team, bridging product, engineering, and client commitments. Responsibilities โข Own project delivery end-to-end โ from requirement lock to go-live โ across product builds and client engagements โข Gather, document, and baseline requirements before development begins; manage scope changes with a clear change request process โข Run sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives with the tech team; keep Agile ceremonies tight and purposeful โข Track project health โ timelines, milestones, resource utilization, and budget โ and flag risks before they become incidents โข Coordinate with our external development partner on deliverables, review outputs against agreed specs, and hold them accountable to timelines โข Interface directly with enterprise clients on delivery status, expectation-setting, and escalation resolution โ you're the face of execution โข Own UAT coordination, release readiness checks, and go-live sign-offs in partnership with the engineering team โข Prepare and present weekly project health reports to the founding team โ clear, concise, no sugar-coating โข Maintain structured documentation across all projects โ SOWs, project plans, RAID logs, meeting notes, and status trackers โข Step in as the first line of resolution when delivery goes off-track โ internally or externally What We're Looking For โข 3โ4 years of hands-on PM experience in a software/SaaS environment โข Strong command of tools like Jira, Notion, or equivalent โข Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology โ not just the theory โข Clear communicator โ written and verbal โข Someone who takes ownership โข Bonus: experience working in a startup or early-stage product company What's Not a Fit โข PMs who manage spreadsheets but not people โข Anyone who needs a fully defined process before they can start โข Candidates who confuse activity with output What You Get โข Direct exposure to a founder-led AI startup โข Flat hierarchy where your decisions will actually matter โข Competitive salary: โน8โ12 LPA based on fit โข Front-row seat to building a category-defining product in HR Tech
