Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has worked in environments similar to IT-architecture-driven consulting or engineering organizations.
The role involves managing complex technology engagements and working closely with solution architects, engineering leaders, and consulting teams to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery. Experience in BFSI is desirable but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery of medium to large technology programs across multiple workstreams. • Drive project execution in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. • Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies. • Collaborate closely with solution architects to align delivery plans with architectural vision. • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. • Lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and data engineers. • Establish project governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms. • Track project financials including forecasting, utilization, and margins. • Support pre-sales, estimations, change requests, and account growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management within consulting or engineering-led organizations. • Experience working in architecture-centric or platform-driven delivery models. • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban. • Ability to manage complex, multi-team technology programs. • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Good understanding of modern engineering practices and SDLC. Good to Have • Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance). • Exposure to cloud migration, digital transformation, or data platforms. • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Agilist. • Experience working with global and distributed teams.
