This role is on the Delivery Management Office (DMO) and focuses on enterprise business application initiatives, including CRM (Salesforce) and other platforms that support Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

Responsibilities Lead projects and drive outcomes through influence, collaboration, and cross-functional partnerships. Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans; lead cross-functional teams; manage planning, execution, and delivery of large transformation projects. Manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality while upholding customer-first and people-first values.

Drive enterprise project delivery – plan, coordinate, and deliver enterprise application projects and cross-functional initiatives; manage multiple concurrent workstreams to meet time, scope, and objectives. Connect business and technology teams; manage cross-program dependencies; facilitate kickoffs and delivery reviews; ensure transparent stakeholder engagement. Manage vendors and resources – oversee implementation partners, consultants, and third-party vendors; coordinate deliverables and timelines; oversee budgets and resource allocation.

Mitigate risks and resolve issues; monitor dependencies and roadblocks; coordinate compliance requirements as applicable. Champion continuous improvement – identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance delivery practices; use KPIs to drive improvements and capture lessons learned. Support career growth by collaborating with experienced leaders and contributing to meaningful transformation.

What You’ll Need To Succeed 5 years of project management experience with a focus on enterprise business application delivery (Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or similar large-scale platforms). Experience managing projects across multiple business functions with cross-departmental coordination. Deep knowledge of enterprise business application platforms with ability to balance business needs, platform constraints, and maintainability.

Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage executive, business, and technical stakeholders. Strong vendor and partner management experience (implementation partners, system integrators, and consulting teams). Budget oversight and financial management capabilities, including tracking expenditures and forecasting costs.

Adaptable, collaborative, accountable mindset with commitment to continuous improvement. Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) and Agile methodologies. Post-secondary degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Bonus Skill Set Salesforce certifications and/or PMP, change management certifications. Understanding of Human Capital Management or payroll systems is a plus. Comfortable adopting new tools and technologies; open to using Generative AI tools to improve delivery.
