Job Locatio n: Glasgow (Hybrid - 3 days in the office Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver projects for a banking client.

The role involves planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, time, cost, and quality parameters. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, technology, and vendors. Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.

Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and client expectations. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders. Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support PMO reporting, metrics tracking, and audits as required. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager , preferably in banking or financial services .

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid). Experience managing multiple workstreams and dependencies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities. Tools & Technology Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence , or similar. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint , and reporting dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification. Prior experience working with banking clients or regulated environments. Exposure to operations, technology, or transformation projects within banking.
