Job Description Project, Commercial & Programme Management (PMCM) at WSP ensures successful project delivery through integrated management of scope, cost, schedule, and risk, supporting all sectors across the UK. Responsibilities Deliver and lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from concept to completion. Manage project scope, cost, schedule and risk, ensuring integration of scope, cost, schedule and risk.

Engage stakeholders, communicate and negotiate to build lasting client relationships. Oversee NEC4/ECC contract management, financial discipline, commercial management, risk, change and performance. Monitor quality, safety, progress against the D&B programme and EPC contractor schedules.

Maintain contract variations and assess claims from D&B contractors. Lead and support multidisciplinary teams, fostering high performance and collaboration. Support business and relationship development within existing commissions and new bids.

Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and environmental standards. Qualifications Recognised qualifications such as PMP, APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent. Experience managing diverse, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and programmes.

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills. Commercial acumen and experience with NEC4/ECC contract management (accreditation preferred). Knowledge of water, energy, defence, roads, utilities and related infrastructure sectors.

Membership or pursuit of chartership in relevant professional institutions (e.g., APM, MRICS, MCCIOB, MCIHT, CEng, MAPM, MICE) desirable.
