$100k Project Manager - Machinery Manufacturing - Blainville (Hybrid) Our client is a growing and innovative engineering-driven organization recognized for delivering high-quality technical solutions to industrial clients across North America and internationally. Reporting to senior leadership, the Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing customer projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project coordination, client relationship management, and operational leadership.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 5+ years' experience in project management within an engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale or complex technical projects. Comfort with MS Project and ERP systems Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.

Coordinate technical and commercial activities with customers, including reviewing specifications, preparing technical documentation, responding to inquiries, and supporting proposal and procurement activities. Oversee project documentation, design layouts, and engineering modifications to ensure solutions are effectively integrated into customer operations and project requirements. Manage the project submittal process from purchase order initiation through customer approval, equipment installation, commissioning, and project close-out.

Coordinate technical support activities related to equipment installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and commissioning, working closely with internal technical teams and customer stakeholders. Define project scope, material requirements, and manufacturing deliverables to support production planning and execution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies.

Negotiate favorable pricing and procurement terms with suppliers and strategic partners to support project objectives and operational performance. Foster strong cross-functional communication between Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, Operations, external representatives, and customers to proactively address project challenges and maintain momentum. Develop and maintain organized project tracking systems and documentation processes to support operational visibility and reporting.
