About Reidius Infra Reidius Infra is a Jaipur-based architecture-focused construction company offering complete building solutions including architectural design, premium residential construction, and project management, delivering quality, trust and transparency. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of residential construction projects , covering core civil works, finishing, and interior execution . The role requires strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Manage the complete project lifecycle from mobilisation to final handover Plan and execute civil, finishing, and interior works for residential projects Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs Team & Contractor Management Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, and execution teams Manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for timely execution Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews Ensure productivity, quality, and discipline at site Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure quality control across RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, finishing, and interiors Implement quality checklists and inspection processes Enforce site safety norms and statutory compliances Resolve technical and execution challenges at site Finishing & Interior Management Oversee finishing works : flooring, painting, façade, waterproofing, external finishes Manage interior works : false ceiling, partitions, joinery, modular furniture, fixtures & fittings Coordinate with design, interior, and MEP teams for seamless execution Cost Control & Reporting Monitor project costs, material consumption, and wastage Review and certify measurements, RA bills, and contractor bills Prepare and submit DPRs, MIS, progress and cost reports Identify risks and implement corrective actions Client & Stakeholder Coordination Act as key contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders Conduct site walkthroughs, inspections, and snag closure Manage project handover and final documentation Skills Required Strong expertise in residential civil construction, finishing & interiors Thorough understanding of RCC, structural works, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, interior, and MEP drawings Strong planning, execution, and cost control skills Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera (preferred) Experience & Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Minimum 3–5 years as Project Manager / Senior Site Manager in residential construction projects handling end-to-end execution Mandatory experience in residential finishing and interior works Preferred Attributes Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple residential projects Quality-driven and deadline-oriented approach Willingness to be site-based in Jaipur
