Project Manager 2 Austin, TX 78751 8 months Contract with possibility to extension As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done. Required Experience: 3- 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Minimum of three (3) years of progressive broad-based information systems, system integration and project delivery experience. Experience working with external vendors and/or Quality Assurance efforts a plus.

Additional job details and special considerations: The Worker will be a part of the team and responsible for providing project oversight of the Medicaid IT-Contracted Systems efforts, integrated projects, and support of dependent efforts. The Worker will assist in consolidation of system documentation and reporting of transformation efforts to federal and state reporting entities. Additionally, this Worker will manage an effort to integrate task/incident reporting systems across multiple Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) vendors.

The Worker will assist in creating processes and documentation to ensure a consistent understanding and approach to align with the agency direction for an integrated solution.
